Good Afternoon Parents/Supporters,
This year the group will be back running the annual gala on Sunday 15th May 2022 and we need your help!!
This event is the most important date in our fundraising calendar when we hope to raise enough money to cover most of our major expenses for the next year!
We are asking for donations of raffle prizes, suitable used items for adult, chocolate & child tombola’s, cans of food, bottles (particularly wine for the wine or water stall) toys & books.
Besides your donations we are asking for your time on the day, to help setup stalls in the morning and run the stall/game during the event. We need approx. 40 people to make this event happen! Which ideally should be one adult from each family at the group!!
We will have a very short meeting the week before the gala for all stall holders to explain what is expected of them.
Please can you come back to me to confirm that you are happy to assist, and we will then allocate you a stall/game to run.
Please remember that ALL the leaders are volunteers who willingly give their time for the benefit of your young people. Please give them all the support that you can!
